HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT TREATMENTS AND PRODUCTS? |

WE OFFER COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATIONS, AND CAN MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO FIT YOUR WANTS AND NEEDS. WHETHER YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A SKIN CARE PRODUCT LINE TO USE AT HOME, OR HAVE SPECIFIC NEEDS AND WISH TO FIND OUT WHAT TREATMENTS WILL BE BEST FOR YOU, WE ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS.

CAN I WEAR MAKEUP DURING MY TREATMENT? |

DURING FACIALS, YOUR AESTHETICIAN WILL REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP FOR YOU. IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED FOR A BODY TREATMENT AND WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE YOUR MAKEUP BEFOREHAND, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH MAKEUP REMOVAL PRODUCTS. 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR A TREATMENT? |

NO SPECIAL CLOTHING IS REQUIRED; COME AS YOU ARE!

CAN I HAVE TREATMENTS IF I AM PREGNANT? |

PLEASE INFORM US IF YOU ARE OR THINK YOU MAY BE PREGNANT AS THIS MAY MEAN THAT YOU CANNOT HAVE CERTAIN TREATMENTS OR WE MAY NEED TO ADAPT TO YOUR NEEDS.

ARE RESERVATIONS NECESSARY? |

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKING RESERVATIONS IN ADVANCE, BUT FEEL FREE TO CALL ON SHORT NOTICE, AS WE MAY HAVE AN OPENING OR CANCELLATION.

ABSOLUTELY, PLEASE ASK! WE WILL ALWAYS TRY TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR WISHES, ALTHOUGH WE DO RECOMMEND THAT YOU BOOK YOUR TREATMENTS IN ADVANCE.

ABSOLUTELY! SALON TREATMENTS ARE THE PERFECT GIFT. PURCHASE ONLINE OR FEEL FREE TO STOP BY THE SALON TO PURCHASE IT IN PERSON.

CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD AND DEBIT CARD.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? |

PROVIDING OUTSTANDING SERVICE IS THE CORE OF OUR BUSINESS. BECAUSE APPOINTMENTS ARE RESERVED ESPECIALLY FOR YOU, WE ASK THAT YOU NOTIFY US 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT PENALTY.

 

WITHOUT 24 HOUR NOTICE, WE WILL CHARGE A FEE OF 50% OF THE PRICE OF THE CANCELLED SERVICE, AND 100% OF THE SERVICE IN THE EVENT OF A "NO-SHOW". WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR COOPERATION AND UNDERSTANDING.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE? |

WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON PROVIDING SERVICE TO ALL OF OUR CLIENTS IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. YOUR PROMPTNESS IS GREATLY APPRECIATED AND REQUIRED TO PROPERLY SERVE YOU. 

IN THE EVEN THAT YOU ARE RUNNING LATE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL TREATMENT. HOWEVER, AS A COURTESY TO OTHER CLIENTS, WE CAN ONLY CONDUCT YOUR SESSION WITHIN YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

DO YOU ALLOW CHILDREN? |

CHILDREN ARE WELCOME IF THEY ARE BOOKED IN FOR A SERVICE. IF NOT, WE ASK THAT YOU RESPECT THE OTHER CLIENT'S PEACE AND QUIET BY LEAVING YOUR CHILDREN AT HOME. THIS ALSO ALLOWS YOU TIME FOR YOURSELF TO ENJOY YOUR TREATMENTS.

DO YOU SELL THE PRODUCTS USED DURING MY TREATMENTS? |

ABSOLUTELY. I HAVE SPENT YEARS SEARCHING FOR THE BEST TREATMENTS AND PRODUCTS AND I BELIEVE IT'S SO IMPORTANT TO CARRY ON THE GOOD WORK WE HAVE STARTED AT HOME TOO. SO, WE STOCK A WIDE RANGE OF SKINCARE PRODUCTS FOR HOME USE. WE WILL OF COURSE ADVISE YOU ON ROUTINES AND INFORMATION FOR BEST RESULTS. 

DOES THE SALON HAVE PARKING? |

WE HAVE A SMALL CAR PARK AT THE REAR OF THE SALON OR THERE IS USUALLY AMPLE PARKING ON THE ROADS AROUND THE SALON. PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME TO PARK, ESPECIALLY ON SATURDAYS, WHEN THE SURROUNDING STREETS ARE BUSIER.
